After a stressful, run-around day, we toddled off to our last D&D game for a few months. It was a rather bittersweet to take our leave of our friends, but we had a great game. Then we came home and played the new Sid Meier (sp?) Civilization board game. George just bought it at the Orycon. It looks to be a promising game. It was late when we started so we never made it out of ancient times, but it seems cool. It is, however, one of those games that will take many hours of play to reach the actual end in the modern times. I might recommend people set it up on a large (it takes up a goodly amount of space) table and play over the course of many days. We do not have that luxury, so we may never make it out of the Dark Ages... ever.
Off to bed. Another big, long day tomorrow.
