Consumer bliss

The past few days at work have been hectic and fast-paced. I’m going to lay low and gather my energy for the slam between Christmas and New Year. I’m growing to dislike the sales. I can’t really give any customer service, there’s no time to joke and pun… it’s just not what I’m there for. Oh well, at least on the other side of the hill is the Celebration Feast. That’ll get me through.

Also, I received a couple of phone calls at work today and I’d like to apologize for my abrupt behavior… especially to the good cmdr_zoom. I was serving three sets of customers at the moment you called. It’s interesting how they don’t seem to take messages there, they just find the person and hand the phone off no matter how busy. Well, since everyone there was on the floor today, everyone was helping at least one to three customers simultaneously. So, my humble apologies.

Okay, I’m off to rustle up some grub. I’m sorry we couldn’t meet for tea today, but I will see you Saturday night if all goes according to plans. I’m working Friday so no tea for me.
