Last night, G and I went over to Dreadygoddess’ new home and spent a lovely evening. We had Agthorr’s extremely mild and non-cinnamoned curry (yeah!) and we finished the vegan Cream of Mushroom soup I made the other night. After the lovely feast, the boys played Carcassone and the Goddess taught me to Right Angle weave a bracelet. Yeah! I’ve been pining to learn that for so long.

I want to take a moment to briefly appreciate how wonderful my friends are. You all go so far out of your way to accommodate my needs and you all have my deepest gratitude and love. Agthorr left out cinnamon and extra spices last night for me, Naudiz went out of her way to make a cinnamon-free cheesecake that I could eat, Biomekanic continues to adjust his wonderful recipes to leave the animal products out for my benefit… I am truly blessed!

Today I have a Sunday off! Yeah me! Going to tea with my beautiful friends! Whoo hoo!

I could swear I approached you about this a few months ago when G and I were sure we'd be in Oregon at the time of Orycon. Are you coming? It's a Friday, Saturday, Sunday event on the 14th-16th of November. When I asked, you had mentioned school issues would probably keep you home. Are you working that weekend? I'd love for you to come. There's a fair amount of stuff for kids to do like boffers and there is a game room downstairs where the Bean could play all kinds of card, board and RPG games. Please do come. I'd be very happy if you could and I'm sorry if our lines were crossed earlier.
