I've been having trouble booting my computer lately. I'm really far behind in email and LJ readings and likely will continue to be until I reach AU where there is a working version of my computer. Ironic, eh? Ah well, at least we'll collect all the software we have down there and bring it back so I can nuke and pave. Sadly, this seems to need to happen every year or so. I don't think I want any more Compaqs. They don't seem to last more than 3 years before they need to be replaced. Well, at least, that's my luck with them. My first Compaq went belly-up after about a year, this one is the company replacement and it is starting to exhibit the same problems. If this nuke and pave doesn't work, I'm going to have to give up the ship and buy a new one. This doesn't please me. *sigh* Well, at least the monitor is cool and that still works. *smirk*

Okay, going to pack and organize for the trip. I’m also going to try to load up on sleep tonight so I’m well rested for the loooooooong plane ride. Since I never sleep on the plane, I figure I had better be pre-rested.
