On other notes, I had a wonderful day having tea with
naudiz and my wonderful consort, then going to Borders for our weekly D&D game. I even happened to see another friend pass by the tea shop's window and was able to sneak in a hug before we left. Always a great pleasure to have meet good people unexpectedly.
Other than the bicycle mishap, the day was beautiful. George's bike derailed and jammed. The last time it happened, I was able to fix the chain and put him back on the road. This time, the chain was so amazingly jammed, I couldn't even budge it. Poor George had to carry his bike many blocks to a bike shop. They spent 20 minutes working on it and had to take the wheel, derailleur cluster and chain completely apart in order to un-jam them. At least I feel vindicated that I couldn't repair it on the street. If it was necessary for the professionals to go to such lengths, I can reasonably justify not being able to mend it with no tools at the side of the road.
Time for bed. I have a big day ahead of me tomorrow. I shall wind my day down with a Tea Class at Savoure in the evening. George and I filled the last two available slots. I think
naudiz is plotting to bump me off and take my place in the class. She makes scary faces and menacing gestures when the subject comes up. *quiver*

So how is your dnd game, is it 3rd edition? I play a biweekly 3rd and I really enjoy it. TT gaming is pretty enjoyable, and I really like my gaming group.

Re:
What is your game like? What character do you play? I started as a ranger with one level of cleric then the group's cleric left so, at third level ranger, I had to shift to cleric. My favorite character was a punk elf girl, barely adult, who was a bit of a chaotic rogue. Very fun.
