I’ve been such a slacker when it comes to LJ. I don’t read for a couple of days and when I do, I don’t write very often. Sorry. I’ve been trying to cope with my new work schedule and family things. During most of the summer when G was playing his online game, he didn’t want to do anything but that. I became quite used to being and doing everything alone. It was almost like my bachelorette days again. Now, I have this new job and, subsequently, less time at home. G has stopped playing his game and is now saddened that we don’t have much time to spend together. He wants to spend all my free time bonding and doing family things. This is soooo wonderful, but I still have to accomplish all my chores as well. I never have any time to dink about the garden or make jewelry because it seems like he has booked all my time that I haven’t already previously booked.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the attention. I am just wondering why we couldn’t have kept a steady pace all along. It seems like there was an attention famine and suddenly the feast is so plentiful that we couldn’t possibly consume all the food before it rots.

Okay, into the shower and off to work I go.
