This is a message aimed at all those who have enjoyed tea at Savoure.
It has come to my attention that some of the lovely ladies that make our tea experiences so wonderful are displeased with their jobs, mostly because the owner does not receive much positive feedback, only negative. I must admit, since I never see the owner at the store anymore, I haven't been telling her how much I appreciate the young ladies that work there. I remedied that last night by writing her an email.
If you like Savoure and the way that the staff currently runs it, I ask that you send Cindi an email to tell her so. I fear we may lose some of those women if we don't tell her how much we like them and appreciate their work. It is hard enough finding a good job in this town, I would hate to think of any of them leaving and being stuck without employment. Thanks. Cindi's email is cpotter@savouretea.com

My name is Michael Bloss, my wife Susie and I have been going to Savoure for about 6 months now, we were introduced to it by Pol and Karrin. I wanted to inform you that part of the reason we enjoy Savoure so much is the excellent service we receive. Your staff is not only courteous, but prompt and efficient. Unlike other places my wife and I have frequented, your staff has made an effort to learn our names, and our preferences. I just wanted to thank you for having such fine people in your employ.

My husband and I have been going to tea every Sunday with our friends for about the last six months. Our friends, Pol and Karrin introduced us to your salon and we're grateful to them for it. We always have a wonderful time. Your staff is pleasant, friendly and efficient. They took the time to learn our names and ask how we've been. They're knowledable about your product and make the time to answer any questions we have. It's rare to find such service these days. Thank-you for providing such a nice place for us to visit with our friends and thanks to your excellent staff for their stellar service.
