So, since you last read of my tale, the boys were off in Vegas, I was in my testosterone-free space and I was preparing for a wedding and a visit from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

So, the boys came home safely on Wednesday afternoon. G and I had just re-acquainted ourselves with each other and the doorbell rang and Lethran had arrived. Talk about perfect timing… *blush* We had a wonderful evening of talking and laughter.
Thursday was the wedding.pjack and naudiz tied the knot in a lovely little wedding in the country. They asked me to be their Greeter and be sure that everyone signed the guest register. I take my assignments very seriously and fulfilled my duties to the best of my ability. I welcomed everyone with great pomp to “Matrimonied! The Musical” and only had to threaten two people with bodily harm for trying to duck out of signing the book. Again, I’m serious about my duties.
One fun wedding, many trips to tea salons and a few really cool gaming sessions later… Lethran has returned home… safely. When I returned from work that afternoon, the Avalonne felt the lack of her presence. *sigh* Fortunately, we will see her again in November at Orycon.
Work? Did someone mention work? Yes, well, I am trying on a job for size. I will know by the end of this month if the job and I fit each other. It is interesting to work out in the world with other people again. It is also rather odd to be at that uncomfortable stage where I don’t know everything yet. I like knowing my job and executing it with efficiency and grace. Patience, my dear, patience.
We have other exciting news… but I think I’ll save that for another post. Right now, G is impatiently waiting for me to get in gear and head off for an adventure.
