Yay! Internet!

I've been off the grid.  G installed the new servers at the cost of 3 trips there to properly seat and install them then a week of twiddling and tweaking.  During this time, there was no mail service, my site was down, and we changed from static to roaming ISP thus incurring the wrath of cyberspace.  The connection I did have was so slow I just turned the computer off and worked on my piles of editing.  

So, here I am.  With a mega-ton of email and bills to pay -- though I'll likely walk up to a café in the afternoon and work on the manuscript.  I hope I've not missed anything too important.  If so, do let me know.

It is a very long and drawn out story, but I was looking for someone to drive me home because they didn't want to give me the meds without a driver at the Urgent Care place. So I ended up having to go to the hospital because the Urgent Care doc was scared I needed a CT scan. There wasn't any point in leaving a message.

I am much better now. I just let it get away from me and I couldn't make it go away on my own or with anything I had at home.
