I'm wondering about you. Just silly things. I was going about my day and enjoying the things I enjoy and I wondered how everyone else feels about many of the little things that bring me pleasure. So, please participate in all or a chosen few -- especially the locals, for this can only end in me providing the things you like best when you cavort at my castle.

1. Blue, green, and various in between (teal, forest green... not so much turquoise).

5. Nope - I get my caffiene from Barq's root beer and the occasional handful of chocolate-covered espresso beans.

7. Dark for a while, but coming to appreciate milk again. Almonds and peanuts are good, but not walnuts. Some fruits go well, others not so; I don't like the combined bitterness of chocolate + orange.
8. Lasagna. *grin* Aside from that, I'd say the cheese/garlic bread from Market of Choice, with honorable mention to their quiches (broccoli and cheddar, salmon).
9. When it comes to alcohol, I have a child's palate. You can either make it taste like a soft drink, or not bother and just give me straight, unaged grape juice.
10. Sometimes, yes. I'm a fan of the little Yankee votives, especially the peach scent and the black "Midnight (something)".
11. Generally, no. I have a few items, but they're things I thought were pretty and more to be looked at than worn.
12. Sing quietly, in private. Sometimes hum. Can't whistle.
13. I don't bother. It would probably be cruel to leave a plant (or pet, or child) in my care.

Dark greens, mostly. I'm also fond of purple.

Nothing at all, baby! ...Actually, silk shirts (even faux-silk) are quite nice.

Brown sugar and vanilla. That's what ghosts smell like.

Hmm. Chocolate and mint, I'd say.

Nope. I used to get the occasional soy latté, but now I just stick with tea.

Yup! Loose leaf, usually. Black, usually; but that's just for the caffine content. I've taken to drinking rooibos near bedtime. I'm fond of the chocolate mint black tea, but sometimes I get the urge for the kick-in-the-teeth that only Irish Breakfast can provide. (It also gives me tummyaches. I drink it anyway.)

Chocolate mint, unsurprisingly. :)

A baguette of the Metropol french bread. I like to filch the heels.

Wine and mixed drinks, only on special occasions, generally. Not because I want to abstain, but because at home I have a drinking problem, and her name is Gigi. "A full wine glass? BEST TOY EVAR!"

Yes, but see above re: drinking problem. We do have a nice oil lamp, but it usually only comes out when the power goes. I can give or take scented. Candles are usually overpowered by the glow from our computer screens, anyway.

Nada. karjack and I will get real honest-to-goodness wedding rings, one of these days. Part of me wants outfits with waistcoats, just so that I can wear a pocketwatch with a fancy watch fob. Seems like a lot of work, though.

I sing, sometimes whistle. I'll sing in public, but not very loudly. I almost never hum; I don't know why.

Not generally; they tend to just add to the clutter. We don't get enough light here to keep flowers alive inside, anyway. And see above re: drinking problem.

Never, EVER forget about chocolate mint. *giggles* It's among my favourites. I remember one of the first times my Mom left me overnight. I was home alone and in my teens. I went to the grocery store and bought supplies for the weekend, among them a half gallon of chocolate mint chip Breyers ice cream. I ate ice cream until I was literally sick. And I'd do it again. Yum.

11. just my wedding ring. I love the prettiness of sparklies,especially the antique aurora borealis crystals that were my Grandmother's, but never think to put any on.
12. mostly sing. I'm pretyt much housebound, but I love to sing alogn and probably would in public.
13. I love flowers, especially roses, but Paul is allergic so we don't have any in house, and not many outside. I love lavender, too, and poppies, and alliums, and narcissi,and geraniums (especially scented ones), and lilies, and herbs.

They're okay, no scents. Scents trigger my sinus and respitory problems.

I like flowers outside my home, and taken care of by someone who won't kill them.

Deep green is my favourite. Then yellow, deep red, and... well. I like most colours.

Cotton or silk, depending what.

Not sure. I like the smell of vanilla a lot. Also pumpkin pie. And chocolate. OH! Kitten head! Kitten head is my favourite smell -- it's the way boB's head smelled and the way Bertie's head smells. Uh, it doesn't make me salivate though. :)

Chocolate. Fresh, ripe strawberries need a mention too.

Nope. Don't like it.

Now and then. I particularly like Rooibos Orange Blossom but I'm not certain I can spell it. ...also, peach-flavourite iced teas, and Sweet Tea.

MILK. Absolutely milk. White's okay, and I'll eat dark if there's no milk. Plain is great; also good on fresh fruit, pecans, cashews, macadamia nuts, rice crisps, wafers, caramel, marshmallows...

My mom's apple crumble.

Not really. I can't stand the taste of alcohol. But I had hard apple cider I liked once, and, uh, jello shots another once.

Candles are pretty. If scented, very faint, preferably vanilla. Well... or maybe a spice. But only if they don't smell fake. I don't generally own or use candles though.

I always wear my silver ankh necklace (chain with pendant). I like earrings but I almost always wear my silver drops; my ears aren't pierced. I wear bracelets off and on. Silver is my favourite metal, and I like copper, but am not big on gold. Malachite's my favourite stone; opals are pretty awesome too.

Yes. Usually sing, sometimes hum or whistle. I sing in public in things like karaoke, and while walking or waiting for a bus if I'm alone.

I like cut flowers, because they're lovely, and I can't keep houseplants alive. Daffodils and roses are probably my favourites.
