When cutting puppy hair, when a stray hair from flying fluff becomes lodged in one's eye or mouth, do NOT try to pick it out with fingers covered in more of said fluff. This only scales the problem to cataclysmic proportions.

Hahaha! I know that one! How about when you go to wipe the fur off on your pants and your and comes back up mittened with more fur, THEN it goes onto your tongue to grab that one hair.

This same lesson applies to chopping jalapenos. *smiles innocently*

Oh, I've done that, too. Have I told you the tale of the Habanero Incident? *shudders*

Yikes. Having something in my eye is one of the most aggravating sensations I can think of. This makes me squinch up involuntarily.

My apologies, dear lady, for causing involuntary reactions. I just love how completely and totally logic escapes me when base habits take command of the body. Does it make sense to try to pull a dog hair out of my mouth when the offering hand is covered in more dog hair? And where is my logic at such times? It has scuttled under the deck in the back corner near the ell of the house where even a flashlight can't find it. I merely hear the snickering and tittering of its amusement and can do nothing.

It's when habits and better judgement part ways, methinks.
