The good.

Successes:

- I mowed the lawn, weeded, shifted plants, etc. and managed to finish and shower before the rain began. Perfect timing.

- I was able to bring G to a wonderful music show at Cosmic Pizza. Coyote Grace was playing and dreadygoddess sat in with them for a set on drums. G and I danced to a few of the songs, though this required adjusting to their tempos. The result was an Olympic Box Step and a Geriatric Swing. Any way it is cut, it was great fun.

- Time with friends was achieved four out of the past four days.

- Two unexpected and delightful phone calls this afternoon made my heart sing.

I'm sorry, Luv. With Dready out of town and a lot of other stuff going on, I forgot about checking in with her until the last minute. Actually, if she hadn't called me, I may have forgotten completely about it.
