I spent this morning with
karjack having breakfast and coffee, chatting and social commentary. I love these mornings.
When I returned home, it was time to make the fried garlic. I had bought many cloves of garlic and it was my intention to chop and fry them in olive oil until they are chewy/crunchy goodness to add to soups and the like. The process, though has left G and I crying. I've filled the house with a delicious and tear-producing scent of garlic. We were both driven to the back of the house where we've opened windows and are cowering from the pervasive garlic. Mmmm... months of garlic to sprinkle on things. Good thing it lasts for months. It takes a couple hours to make and painful tears.

I'm allergic. Well.. sensitive to it anyway. I'm allergic to sulphites, garlic, red wine, that sort.
