I present to you the beauty of Mt. Pisgah.

I went off-pathing to chase the stream up to some delightful sounding cascades.

Drops of melt water cling to the tree beards and moss creating glittering curtains.

At the zenith, the trees were flocked in frost.

I love the contrast of the rich greens, the reddish browns and the bright frosty whites.

It may be cold, but it's oh so worth it. *blush* I could be biased, though.

Such lovely pictures. I would love for us to go to Pisgah again together someday soon. While it's still cool and wintry!

Thank you. Since the sun sets early, still, we should start no later than 2pm. Tell me when you have time and we'll hit the mountain together. The water features are simply exquisite at this time of year. I'd love to share it with you.
