The Plague seems to have passed and settled into a regular virus. Now I have merely the stuffy head, swollen glands and cough to fix. That and the headachey fatigue. Two days to go.
Um - if your glands are swollen, it might have gone bacterial. Keep an eye on the mucus. If I were you, I'd go in to immediate care, explain that you're on your way to Mexico and ask for a prescription for antibiotics just in case. That way, if it turns into something nasty while you're away, your vacation won't be ruined trying to find a doctor south of the border.
If you have a really good relationship with your regular doctor and you have their home phone, you might be able to get a script from them...
I know you're generally very healthy, but I also know that there are some really nasty bugs out this year that don't just go away on their own.
