I was having a lovely dinner conversation with karjack about life, the Universe and everything. When we reached the part about possible life on other rocks in this galaxy, we couldn't remember whether it was Europa or Io that has the constant thunderstorms. I reached into my purse, pulled out my journal, flipped a few pages and began to read aloud my notes on a lecture I attended in October on our solar system to clarify our question. I may have actually stunned Karjack. I didn't pull out my pda and google the info, I pulled out an actual Moleskine journal with that exact info in it.

May I just say, thank you, Karjack. I really love our talks. Your brain is an amazing place and I love spending time there. *hugs*

Venus has the constant storms. We couldn't remember if it was Europe or Io that had liquid water beneath the surface. ;)

I'm looking forward to the January lecture. And more talks. :)
