Cinnamon-free nog latte, where've you been all my life???
I just made my very first nog latte. Wow. It's full of yummy.
I made my usual French press coffee, poured a cup of Silk nog (which, kindly, does not have powdered death in it) in my pan and whipped it into a froth, combined the two in my glass and I'm amazed. It's so very tasty.
I'm quite sure there will be more before the season is done. It's sweeter than I usually make, but a very nice treat.

I may have missed something along the way but are you allergic to cinnamon or just don't like it?

I'm pretty sure I'm one of maybe half a dozen people in the world. It's so uncommon, I've yet to meet another.
