Same thing here. Apparently you can post about 6 lines but that's it. Apparently they're being whammed by some problem; sounds like corporate politics to me.
I just read "the reason" in someone else's journal, who reposted it from somewhere else. Supposedly it's not LJ's fault. The reason is supposed to be all hush and hush and has to do with LJ being required to purge some content/users who, IMO, should have *already* been deleted.
