What a week.
What a day.
Two families lost beloved pets recently. I am deeply saddened by this. My thoughts are with you even if I can't be,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
thekitsune, sbloss and biomekanic. I look at my babies and revel in them, for time is fleeting.
One or both of them brought in fleas when we had the freezing snap. I got rid of them quickly, but it seems like Gana has developed an allergy to the bites. She’s been scratching them raw in many places on her body. In the course of one night, she divested herself of much hair in those locations and created bloody little infection spots. I’ve clipped the tangled hair, treated the areas with tea tree oil and made a little sweatshirt for her from one of G’s old long-sleeve tops. I hate it when my babies suffer.
I had intended to be at our group tea this afternoon, but I was so deeply involved in proofing, printing, polishing and preparing the official DingoDaddy.com Business Plan Packets for mailing to potential investors that I was shocked whenpjack called to inquire about giving himself and naudiz a lift. Shocked. I had completely forgotten about it. I hate when I’m too busy to remember social engagements with my loved ones. At the time, I couldn’t leave. I had deadlines and had even recruited my Mom to help me gather everything together.
Still, I feel like a criminal.
I really had wanted to be there to supportsbloss and biomekanic during their time of grieving this afternoon.
I need to find time. I need to make time. I haven’t even been able to make time for Mt. Pisgah, the place that calms, soothes and re-energizes me. Who am I kidding, even when I can make the time, there’s no bus that goes out there and G usually has the car.
I’m frustrated. My friends are frustrated. G and I are stressed and working hard to make this business a success. We simply must. We won’t have any money left if it doesn’t succeed. Period. It’s all invested in DingoDaddy.com. We’re relying upon the Universe to recognize this is all intended to help charities, help people, help the world and make the Universe a better place. We’re relying upon people to recognize this, invest in our cause so we can spread the word people will use the system.
Please. Pretty please, Universe. So I have more time to help those immediately around me. So our company can help people around the world. So we can all help each other in wonderful ways. Please.
