It is something that was started at a University in the U.S. People dress like undead zombies and protest for zombie rights by marching with picket signs around the town. Soooo cool. I really wanted to see it.
I'd guessed that LOL When I was looking for Zombie stuff this morning I found a link to the "Under the Blue Moon" festival. It's a goth carnival if you're interested :)
