Autumn is in the air

Today we turned the clocks back an hour. Welcome Autumn. Today was crisp and cool. The early morning and late evening were downright chilly. Tis almost time to think about plugging the space heater in the bathroom to warm it up for showers. It's really hard for me to want to strip off my layers when I can see my breath. It's not quite that cold yet, but it's only a matter of time.

This morning we took Paul to Yum Cha then sat for hours at a café discussing marketing and business ideas. We’ve been refining our venture even more. Again, I want to thank everyone who participated with their opinions. In an effort to not abuse my LJ, I’ve located a few communities that I hope will not mind giving us opinions, as well. I still plan to let you all know where this venture is going as soon as we’ve really cemented it. It’s hard to decide what is best when we’re so close to the project. We already know what we like, but really, it’s your opinions that count the most. See how important you are? *smiles warmly*

At the end of the day, we retired to Morvan and sipped tea until Paul drove home. I must say, I really love to exercise my brain like that. I’m not an entrepreneur, nor a marketer, but it’s fun to play like I’m one. Tee hee.

Even though I’m no where near as popular as zevhonith, I thought I’d post my humble LJ findings regardless.

Fortunately, you do know better.

I have to finish what I started here to whatever its inevitable conclusion may be. I want to go home more than you can possibly imagine, but since I am here, I'm determined to enjoy my moments as much as possible. If I didn't I'd fall into depression. That would only impede the completion of this project, and that would increase the time away from my home, my family, my puppies, my house, my green green valley and all that I love.

I couldn't still be here without everyone's love and support. I thank you for that.

I'll be happy to opine any time you want me to. I'm not very opinionated sometimes, though ;-) Just on unimportant stuff like politics.

I appreciate that. The thing is, I don't want to use my journal as a business tool on a regular basis. We really need to test a broad scope of people's opinions, and I'd rather reserve my family and friends for the most important stuff.
