Goober girl!

We have an exciting house guest for the week. Our friends just adopted a baby ferret and they have to leave for a business trip. We are babysitting. Yay! I simply LOVE ferrets! I really miss my two boys. *sigh* It’s been 8 years since they passed.

This is a little 9 week old sable girl named Emily. I’m so excited. I have a ferret tummy to rub and tickle! Morgana remembers the scent with exasperation (she was raised with the two boys) and wants little to do with her. Aldina is skeptical and following her around like a protective parole officer. *giggles* I’m going to have a fun week! Finally!

Sweet! I miss my ferrets too. I used to get "ferret-fixes" from one of my co-workers that runs the Lane Area Ferret Lovers Ferret Shelter. I can probably hook you up with some ferret lovin' in the future should you need it. ;)
