I’ve been busily trying to finish compiling all the journals I wrote when I was away in Europe. I know, I know, it has been a year since I’ve returned and I haven’t done this yet. I’m a very bad person. We’ll leave it at that. G has finished posting the pictures on our website but I’d like to add my text. It’s a lot of text, though. People who choose to read it would be advised to bookmark as they go. I have much to say and, though I am definitely biased, I believe it is fairly interesting. I’ll let everyone know when I have at least some of the text up there… just in case anyone is interested.

Speaking of traveling… I’m feeling the urge again. I won’t be going anywhere for another month or two. I have a wedding, G’s cousin is visiting next month from Australia (it’s his first time in America) and we have our big doctor appointment August 3rd. I’d like to make a trip to Vancouver, Canada before the summer wanes. I’d, of course, stop to visit our northern Tribe members on the way there and back. G and I were also contemplating a trip to New England in autumn to see the leaves. G has never had that experience. Well, all this is merely speculative. All I know is that my backpack of traveling is sitting there unused. It has confided to me that it is lonely and would like some attention. I hear muffled cries from it as I drift off to sleep.

Obviously, I am not well.

In other verbal news, a meme to show you just how verbose I am. Lucky you. I’ve an awful lot to say, haven’t I?

I too feel the travelling urge a bit. I have cast my eyes to Walt Disney World...but all for naught.

Cost and Ben's aversion to Disney foils me.

Not quite an aversion....more of a non interest that seems intractable. Except for Pirates of The Carribean.

I love Vancouver! Robeson St.is great! Last time we went we found a lovely little B&B in Burnaby. Haven't been in ever so long, though. Have to accumulate more vacation time... :-(
