I've been working on the re-write of my European Journal. I was thinking of putting it online for people to read at their leisure, but I have zero programming skills and I thought maybe it would be more fun in small doses.
So, I submit for your opinions, oh learned ones, my ideas on how to publish my journal to you.
- I could just toss a day up every once in a while in my regular journal under a cut tag.
- I could set up a free journal specifically for my adventure and toss up days every once in a while.
- I could hold out for the moon to enter a closer orbit and maybe wait until someone with programming skills is willing to put up the writing on my domain and stick pictures with it.
- The public just doesn't care and won't read the journal anyway so I shouldn't bother to publish anything at all.
Personally, I'm leaning toward the second one. I have pictures that would look great with these writings, but I have no idea how to get them on LJ. I've read the instructions on the FAQ and they seem to need to be on some website somewhere to begin with. This leads me to my original problem in publishing a site on my domain. I'm just completely not interested in applying any extra grey matter to the process of learning web publishing. G tried to teach me a few times and I caused him great headaches and frustrations.
So, friends, LJ'ers, Earthlings! Lend me your opinions! Do we want to read of the journey or bury it?

Keep in mind that school just started up again though so it'd be rather low on my list o' priorities, however.
Whatcha think? Wanna play around with some ideas with me?

it may be Hmm... overcomplicated for what you're looking to do, but it would work! :)
