Well, I spent a productive day cleaning. Included in this was the fixing of the vent in the bathroom. At least, I hope it’s fixed. It’s better than it was and I’m hoping I did a thorough job. The next step will be replacing it if this doesn’t hold.

I was tired so I took a nap that ended up lasting many hours and missed an opportunity to sit and bead with dreadygoddess. *sigh*

Then, G invited boys over to the house to watch Babylon 5 videos and I was abused. I’m not sure why I deserve the abuse, but they sit and conspire against me then blame my puppy Aldina for things like pillows being lobbed at me from across the room. *rolls eyes* So, I’ve left them all and taken the remotes with me. I heard G perform a gargantuan effort in getting off the couch to start the movie. They chose that rather than to send an emissary to negotiate for the remotes. *shakes head* I really think I need another live in female roommate. I could really use the back up. I have to fight all these battles on my own. Ah well… let’s toss it in the “character building” bin and call it quits for the night.

My trip to the fair? Do you mean to the Lane County Faire? To see the Temptations Review? Wow. I guess I'll either have to post or give you two a call. I'll save this email and see if I can attend to that tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know I have been lax. All requests are taken seriously. *hug*

Oh, hey... do you have phone service yet? You kept your same number, but is your service there? This would be good to know before I try to call some time.

Also, on other business matters... do you have definite dates for your pilgrimage to Avalonne? I am going to try to fenagle part of the day off on the Saturday you are here. I make no promises, but I want to try to get off at 2pm. That way, you folkes can drive downtown, park in the garage behind Harlequin, walk over to the shop to pick me up, then we could all walk over to Saturday Market together for lunch and I could just stay with you the rest of the day. I don't want to loose that much time with all of you. I make no promises, but I'm going to give it a try.

Skyemage can't afford to lose a second three hundred dollars the same paycheck as his youngest sister's wedding, so he can't come. I'm still waiting to hear from Squirrel whether they are going to give him the days off. If they don't, I'll come earlier and stay longer to make up for it. I'll let you know when I know.

Phone's been up ever since the day I started posting again. DSL's supposed to start tommorrow, but no sign of a box yet, so it may be longer.

I'm so sad to hear I won't have my Skeymage. *sigh* That poor boy works so much more than is good for him. I really hope Squirrel can make it. It's a long drive for just one person. Maybe Naudiz and I will journey up there again when she gets her hands on a laptop. I know she wants to take a trip to Seattle for a few days. We'll see.

It's so not fair. I want you two here. Now. *stomps feet, shakes fists and has minor tantrum*
