(no subject)

This past month has been emotionally difficult for me. I haven't really blogged about it because I haven't even processed it all myself. Suffice it to say, it's been a bit of a roller coaster. How do I deal with emotional roller coasters?

Guess where I am?

I'm in Thailand.

Yup. lurkitty came to visit me in Sydney and was going to stop in Thailand to visit her friend Jiraporn on the way back home. She invited me. At first, I wasn't going to go, but when the hammer fell, I decided the best way to retaliate was to up and fly somewhere exotic. Since I've always wanted to go to Thailand, it was the perfect opportunity. I arrived late last night and I'll be back in Sydney on the 6th.

So, here I sit in tropical Thailand. It's warm, humid and lush. We gorged on fresh exotic fruits, I absolutely adore my hostess and it's really nice to have no responsibilities but enjoy all the excitement and adventure as it comes. No planning. No agenda. No worries. I'll deal with my life and try to sort through the rubble when I return to Sydney.
