Oh, and Merry Christmas, as well!
Internet access has been nonexistant on this trip. We have spent much of our time, thus far, under the water, on islands, or on boats taking us to places under the water or on islands. We've a busy schedule for the next week or so, then we should be back in Sydney on the 14th of January.
We're have a great time. Well, at least G and I are having a great time. I'm never sure about Belinda. I'm so completely jonesing for a bit of private time with my husband, though. We've been in lots of hostels and bunk beds. Even when we are in a private hotel room, she's there in the next bed. Ah well. Such is life. We've scheduled a few nights over the next couple of weeks with a room to ourselves. I couldn't be happier about that! *wicked grin* Celebacy doesn't suit me.
I've been writing in my journal every day or so, and there's lots of adventures to share. I'll just say that we are currently in Airlie Beach and we're heading to Townsville tonight. I'll let the more industrious of you look those locales up. When I do return, though, you should have the map of Au in your hot little hands to follow my adventures in the home game version. *giggle*
I think of you all with love. I muse to G all the time which one of you would enjoy the things we're doing, etc. Rest assured, I'm taking oodles of pictures.
winnet will hopefully be pleased at my efforts to capture as many of the exotic native bird species as possible. I very nearly had a wild turkey, but that's another story. You'll have to wait.
Okay, I'm using up time on a pay computer, so this is brief. I just wanted you all to know we're still alive and we haven't fallen prey to jellyfish nor sharks. I hope you're all well. I haven't time to read anyone else's journal in the moment, I'm afraid. I'll be doing the skim read upon my return, so post anything important in big letters for me, eh? *smiles*
Love you all! Miss you muchly!
*hugs and sun-fried kisses*
