Greetings from the other half of the globe. *waves enthusiastically* I've missed you all incredibly. Fortunately, I have printed pictures of many of you and placed them on my Shelf of Sanity where I see you every day.
I am happy to report we now have a mostly working computer in our house with a dial-up connection. In another 2.5 weeks, we should have broadband. Yay. Things are coming along here.
I've just finished eating a lovely Greek-like salad that I made with some ingredients from the backyard garden. I can't wait to plant even more of my own personal favourites. I am fortunate enough to have two growing seasons this year. Let's see how green my thumb is in this half of the world. More on that as it germinates. *snickers shamelessly at own pun*
I have brewed myself a pot of tea, caught up on everyone's LJ's, and am finally sitting down to actually write an entry of my own. It sounds like everyone is very busy with all kinds of chaos and worry. For this, I am saddened that I am not around to help in a more tangable manner. Please know, though, that you are constantly in my heart and in my mind. I love you all dearly and will help all I am able from wherever I may be. I will tap deeply into the Earth to work whatever amount of energy I need and share it freely with you. Don't hesitate to share your problems and joys. I will be more regularly on the net, now, so I want to know.
I guess that you may be interested in how things are going here in the Belly of the Beast. There is a lot to tell from the past week and change. It seems like I've been here much longer than that. I've written a bit in my notebook, but I've yet to transcribe it. I'll work on that. I'll even go into all the juicy details for those of you on the Rants and Ravings list. Suffice it to say, I'm alive and well and missing you.
