It’s always so good to be home. I love going on adventures, but I’m really such a homebody. I love to be around my nest.
That having been said, the house is almost clean again. I need to give the yard and my garden some love, but maybe I can handle that this afternoon.
In other news, I bought a small bag of wasabi-covered peanuts. I was munching on them yesterday and heard one drop, but I couldn’t find it. Then I had to leave for my appointment. Just now, Aldina walked into the room, zeroed in on the food product, looked up at me with great joy at leaving a morsel for her, lunged upon it, dropped it, picked it up again, dropped it again, turned and looked up at me with a confused and hurt expression, picked it up one last time (just to be sure), dropped it and huffed out of the room. Now I’m staring at a glistening wasabi-covered peanut on my floor. I must toss it and make my apologies to Aldina. Poor girl. She looked positively wounded that I would drop food that burns. *snickers a little despite herself*
